The apartment was modern and clean, with high-quality fixtures. We loved the spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was a bonus. the air conditioning worked well, and the pool was great for a refreshing swim. the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach. we were impressed with the apartment and the host's welcoming and helpful nature.

That some family members found the sofa bed a bit lumpy. it would have been helpful to receive a simple map and a reminder to call the host before arrival.

The location was great, as it was within walking distance to the beach and a supermarket, as well as several restaurants in the beach area. The hotel had secure, off-road parking, which was convenient for us. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the convenient location near the beach and shops.

I always come back to this amazing place for my stay in Porticcio. From the staff offering me a cold drink on my first visit to the numerous amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, and a heated swimming pool, it has everything I need. Can't wait to return!

the brand new apartment at Residence Acqua Linda exceeded our expectations in every way. The stylish and comfortable space, along with the large terrace overlooking the woodland, provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The friendly host made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

One thing that was missing was a private pool.
